This Ischyromys fossil skull is in great shape, only missing some of the lower rear portion, it compares favorably with Ischyromys brevidens.
Super hard to get these little skulls in good shape since they tend to explode when they first expose. This specimen was collected from the Brule formation in Sioux county Nebraska.
